Some people take better care of their car than they do

of their body. Most people, in fact, pay little attention

to their body until something goes wrong. Yet why

create that kind of situation?

Look at what you are eating. How much and how

often do you exercise? When was your last check-up?

Are you treating your physical vehicle as if it is Divine?

Good for you if you are. If you aren’t…why not?

happiness is always found in the moment that is here,

now.

rob you of your present — that is, your pre-sent — joy.

Happiness has been sent to you in advance by God. It

is here, in this moment, if you will seize it…and share it.

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know…

….that good health is not the absence of symptoms, it

is the presence of peace.

Do not confuse physical vibrance with spiritual vitality.

You are not your body. Your body is simply a tool.

A magnificent tool, for sure, but nothing more than that.

As with all tools, your body will from time to time need

repair. And one day it will wear down completely.
